Maxillo facial referral from GP to consultant.
I have never come across anyone so rude, arrogant and passive aggressive in my life.
I see no need at all for one human being to behave like that towards another.
Luckily when it was time to have the necessary minor procedure, we saw a different consultant,who was excellent and kind.
