Just before my holiday to France my INR changed so the clinic i attended said i should get an INR test done in France. i had to find a laboratoire. The nearest one to me was in Aubusson they were very good and emailed me the result later that day. It was a Friday. I then sent the result to my clinic they were excellent. I received a reply from the NHS at 6 pm that same night UK time with instructions for warfarin dosage (to maintain my target INR). A big thank you to NHS for an excellent service.
