Yesterday (21/08/18) I underwent two procedures, a Gastroscopy and a Colonoscopy. I have had quite a few of these over the years in London hospitals. What I experienced yesterday in Worthing was beyond comparison. From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect, good humour, and great sensitivity. I realise I can’t name individuals, but, in particular, the two nurses (you know who you are!) who looked after nme the after the procedures were exceptional in every respect. Thank you all so much for turning apprehension into what turned out to be (almost!) a pleasurable experience.
You all represent what is unique and admirable about our NHS.
