About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

What could be improved

- Waiting times could have been a lot quicker. Earliest appointment and wasn't in till a long time after this dedicated time.

- The treatment given from a care worker; didn't provide much relevant treatment or a meaningful way of what was causing the problem.

- The care workers didn't talk much or introduce themselves. It seemed as if they were seeing me as something below them, was also spoken to and 'treat' in a way which was irrelevant and didn't have any significance.

Anything else?

First time visiting ENT ward of Darlington Memorial, will be more wary next time (if that occurs)!
