"Very good service despite high workload"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

Having been diagnosed with a broken wrist elsewhere I was given an appointment for an X Ray and a consultation. I waited a very long time for teh x ray but this was in icy conditions when trains were cancelled and many people had incurred injuries.

Post X Ray things went very quickly and the plaster room guys were excellent. The consultant explained everything to me and answered my questions and the return visit to have the plaster removed also went smoothly.
