"Visit for badly sprained ankle on 27th August 18"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Accident and emergency

Wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the QMC and Ambulance staff. Had a nasty fall down a big hill while holding my 2 year old Son. Thankfully I landed on a foam crash mat as it was next to a bouncy castle and he was absolutely fine. Badly sprained my ankle and in lots of pain but luckily no broken bones.

I can't fault any NHS staff through all of my experiences within the NHS including having my two children at the City hospital. Have the greatest respect and appreciation for you all. You do an excellent job!

Thank you.

So sorry to hear about your accident, and I’m glad to hear it wasn’t more serious. Thank you for posting this great feedback, I’ll share it with the Emergency Department team. We wish you well and hope you recover quickly.
