About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department Vocare

(as the patient),

Been unwell for 4 days. Sunday called the 111 Service, Wow! ! amazing response call was answered in 4 rings & call handler showed empathy & sympathy while taking details, was passed straight to a clinician who arranged for a call back within 20 minutes and an appointment within 2 hours. The appointment was booked at Treliske Hospital at the day emergency appointment clinic. Was seen at 10am by a lovely DR who carried out a thorough examination, issued prescription. So thank you so very much to the 111 Service and @RCHTwecare
