"Ward 14"

I arrived on ward 14 from A and E at 1.30 a.m. on Saturday 18.08.18 I was anxious, hungry and tired. I was met with kindness and empathy, as soon as the necessary paperwork,tests etc were dealt with I was given a choice of things to eat and drink and shown my way around. Over the 2 nights I received great kindness, professionalism and general niceness from all the staff without exception. I witnessed them deal with very sick people, difficult people and relatives in the same understanding way.
