We came to acorn being advised from our dr that my son was struggling to breath & with chest retractions. We firstly went to a & e for a consultation & transferred to resus as breathing so rapid & low oxygen. We were then transferred to Acorn to meet the fantastic drs, nurses & other staff that were so very helpful, friendly & made us feel comfortable. My son was given nebulisers & oxygen straight away & the nurses were amazing in doing so. After a day of observations, more nebulisers, iv antibiotics, steroids etc we were told he needed to stay over night to have more treatment. We stayed in Oak for 1 night & was looked after by an amazing & friendly nurse who gave my son 2 hourly nebulisers & constantly being obsereved. I can not thank the nurses & drs enough on acorn & oak for what they did for my little boy. He is so much better now thank you to all of the prompt treatment, care & medication he received. Thank you Musgrove from the bottom of my heart x
