About: Birmingham Midland Eye Centre (Bmec)

I have been here 4hrs and 45 minuets and still waiting there are doctors walking around but not getting anywhere no one lets you no anything no wonder the NHS is in a mess.

What we need to see is

more talking less walking

More working and less sherking

Because of the slowness it will cast an arm and leg to get out the car park

I am sorry for the delay you experienced when visiting the Birmingham and Midland Eye Centre and the fact that you felt you were not properly communicated with as to why you were waiting. Often my colleagues are walking around between patients and prioritising the most ill, but if we didn’t explain that to you at the time, I understand why you feel frustrated and let down. I will ensure that your feedback is passed onto the team at BMEC so that they can look at improving the patient experience.
