"Cannot fault care or treatment."

I came to A & E after a heavy fall on Exmoor whilst on holiday. From the moment I arrived at reception the whole experience was one of efficient, expeditious and caring service. Every person I saw was reassuring and kind.

From triage to discharge was just under 4 hours, in which time I had 6 x-rays , examination by Rod the Nurse Practitioner , review of the x-rays and assessment by your wonderful Pathfinder Team (who even managed to get me a sandwich when I was looking to faint on them!). I came away with wrist splint and crutches and painkillers. I was even helped into the car on discharge . I also received a follow up call the next morning to check how I was.

The people of North Devon are lucky to have such a wonderful facility. Even the parking charge was about half the cost of our local hospitals!
