"Excellent service"

Excellent practice. Have recommended it to my friends and colleagues who often have difficulties getting an appointment or dont feel like they are being listened too.

Quite recently, whilst attending an annual review. I told the practice nurse how awful i felt-my legs felt like led, i could not think straight and i was tearful. She was so kind and proactive. She never told me to make "another apoointment" but took bloods, which thanks to the quick response from excellent Gps and fantastic admin staff were acted upon quickly and i can start to feel better.

Its so much easier being able to float between the two practices as their is always continuity between admin and health staff in each practice.

I have never had a problem getting an apoointment and i am fully informed by competant, friendly admin staff of any changes or updates in relation to my care.

Having been, many years ago with other practices and being able to compare the services, professionalism of practice staff and the ability to deliver consice information. It is my opinion that my GP practice should be used as best practice facilitators in sefton to assist in the delivery of positive patients experience accross the patch.
