What I liked

the care that my mother received from the areas of the hospital in what proved to be her last hours was very thorough, kind and considerate. From the ambulance that was summoned by the doctor through those in Accident and Emergency and the Emergency Admissions Unit, everyone was very kind and considerate, both with my mother and with me. The doctor explained carefully what was happening and what would happen and all those who attended my mother to confirm the diagnosis, and to ease her passing with their kindness and care of her. I can't thank them enough.
