What I liked

Certainly the blood centre is a very busy department. The receptionist has to answer phone constantly while attending to patients calling at the desk. Yet I came away greatly impressed by her courtesy under pressure, and bythe ability of the staff to handle a constant flow of patients with efficiency, patience and good will.
