"I feel like they don't understand"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

My wife was transferred to GPAU  department and the Nurse obtained all my details for the Doctor and then waited for doctor for my turn, but waited for 4 hours, when I enquired, I was advised that I am not on the list, however on investigation, they found out that my file was left at the bottom of the drawer. I don't feel that it is the Doctor's fault, as they are doing an excellent job, but the I feel like support staff like nurses and student nurses are not understanding the importance of this and ignore  you although they see you are waiting for hours
