"New member if Nursing Staff and Service user..."

To ALL Departments

As a new member of the Nursing Team, area and service user, I can honestly say my experience of this Hospital, has been outstanding, and can find no fault, from my first Urgent vist through A&E, to discharge from Hospital Extended Care Area only 4 months later, resolving my problem once and for all hopefully!

I would like to thank every single member of staff who were involved in my care, and to the wider team that keep the Hospital functioning, from Domestic to Lab’ Tech, Consultant to Porters. Every one was polite, respectful, and most of all listened to my very worst accounts of previous experiences and were successful in preventing them happening again.

Conversations I overheard from Staff were knowledgable and appropriate, and generally very good to hear, as it gave me confidence that the care I was to receive was all I, as a very experienced Qualified Nurse of 42 years, and now as a service user, would want.
