Visited the Lung Function Unit yesterday. I was seen ahead of my appointment time. The staff were very friendly and made me feel "cared about". The clinician and assistant were lovely and went thro' everything in detail and communicated clearly. I was made to feel relaxed and am extremely satisfied with my visit. Been to Castle Hill on other occasions and other departments and always had a good experience. Great hospital great people.
