"Fast , efficient service with professional and..."

This was my first visit to the Urgent Care Unit. I was very impressed with the reception staff when arriving. They were very friendly and helpful. I was called in to see the nurse very quickly : she was polite ,professional and reassured me very quickly. As soon as I arrived at the X-ray department : I was met with , again , with friendly , polite and helpful reception staff. I was seen by the Radiologist very quickly : she was professional ., caring and very aware of my pain. I returned back to the Urgent Care Unit: and was called in very quickly and the nurse explained the next steps for my treatment.

The whole experience was amazing. Please thank all the staff for their reassurance ,and help. They are a credit to Guys hospital.
