"Patience of a saint"

After speaking to the right team and all the support from my pharmacist in managing my warfarin level I finally had my date for Cardio-version.

The staff were extremely helpful and understanding - especially Craig  who had the patience of a saint.  He had to call my wife to get a list of medications I was on, and going forward I would suggest that this request is included in the appointment letter.
