"Outstanding service"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a service user),

I was taken by ambulance to resuscitation following a seizure, and then to AMU for the week. The staff and care were amazing! The staff were caring, thoughtful and considerate; obviously enjoying their work as they took care of the patients. I particularly had care from Asma, Helena, Robyn and others. One gentleman found me decaf coffee and my stay was made a lot easier due to their positive attitude. I have a broken back and brain tumour, and the support from all levels of staff was outstanding. These staff should be commended for their outstanding service and approach to patients.
