Having rang 111 and got a strange outcome we rang the surgery explained what was happening and they made time for me to see a doctor within an hour or so. Within minutes I had been diagnosed with appendicitis and the doctor phoned ahead to the hospital who were expecting me. It turned out my appenditics were on the point of bursting so thank you to the team at green lane. Its all to easy to give bad reviews but it should be balanced when things work well.
