In my opinion there is poor signage and letting know what room number you should attend.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on the service you receive at The Avenue Medical Practice. The doctor's rooms are marked with a room number and the doctor's name. There are also signs directing you to other parts of the surgery and consulting rooms. We try to keep the signs as simple as possible so as not to bombard patients with information.

However, if you have any positive ideas on how we could improve this from a patient's point of view we would be very happy to listen to your thoughts. We strive where ever possible to improve the services we offer by listenting to our patients. You could do this by jotting down your ideas and marking them for the attention of Becky Hudson, Manager, or you could telephone the surgery and ask to speak to me.
