"Breast Clinic within Birmingham Treatment Centre"

I visited the Breast Clinic today (21/08/18) for a breast lump. This is the second time in two years I have had to go for scans and treatment. I would like to congratulate the staff for their professionalism, empathy and kindness. From start to finish they explained carefully what would happen during each stage of my appointment from consultant,to radiographers and nurses. I was asked throughout the procedures if I was ok and care was taken to try to take my mind off what was happening and put me at my ease.

I am fortunate that on both of my visits the result has been cysts which have been drained but

I feel even if the results would have been less positive with such an amazing staff I would have felt in safe and well cared for hands.

Thank you to you all and keep doing what you are doing you are a credit to the NHS and your profession.
