The reception staff were not accommodating, the person in question was unprofessional, abrupt and unhelpful.
I waited 3 hours for my appointment, the dr was not present.
Upon finally seeing the dr, there was no time to relay my symptoms, my concerns were not taken seriously and the previous dr did not log my full reasons as to why i was present, thus leaving the next dr (today), ill informed, my medical notes were poorly dictated.
Once the dr read my note, the dr did not make their own conclusions, every symptom was referred back to only 1 cause, there was no room for discussion that there was possibilities of other catalysts.
