"Terrible"

I have been going to folly hall for over 2 years now. And I’m that time I have been maybe 4 times seem, speaking to different people on the way and having to start from scratch everytime which feels like no notes are even taken nor do they even care. After all the wait and my mental illness getting worse with deep dark thoughts and plans I finally am referred to another service. Once then doing thier own assessment and restarting again my results are in and I’ve been told I can attend group therapy on anger management ! I was told in folly hall I have a mild personality disorder so how the hell is anger management meant to help. I have no control over these mood swings and personality changes and every day I get closer to just giving up with everything. Mental health services are so poor it’s unreal and I think it’s a subject that’s such a taboo/shy one.

Folly hall has been so poor in its appointments and care. I attended one appointment laughing and crying, the journey there was spent with plans on ending myself. One doctor or whatever the correct position he held he just gave me a mood diary to recoded everything and to see him again in 4 months time. If anything happens to me this is because follyhall have the compassion and reaction skills of a peice of road kill ! Very ashamed of this service and would recommend people to go private because the NHS just doesn’t care. Start saving money people because either you or the children or grandchildren will most likely have mental health problems one day and being alone with it is not healthy.
