About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Accident and emergency

I was taken to a and e early hours of Monday morning 20/8/18

I had had a lot to drink and had taken a overdose. I was so terrible to the staff and I want to apologise I am so very sorry I feel deeply embarrassed.

I don’t who the staff were but want to pass on massive thank you
