About: Finchley Memorial Hospital

Actual appointment and treatment by staff during appointment was fine but the patronising attitude by the reception staff was neither appreciated or warranted. After sitting in the wrong waiting area in the X-ray department, a receptionist proceeded to come and find me asking repeatedly why I was in the wrong place after she had rather vaguely told me to sit “through there.” This patronising attitude was quite humiliating and not what you need before a medical appointment.

Hello

Thank you for leaving feedback from your recent visit.

The experience you describe is not what we expect for patients and I am sorry for the manner in which you were made to feel humiliated.

I will raise your feedback with staff and managers so we can see what went wrong and how we can make sure going forward others don't have a similar experience.

Kind Regards

Richard
