"Cystoscope"

About: County Hospital Louth / Urology

(as the patient),

Appointment was for 8:30am no doctor in clinic. Sister in clinic ringing everywhere to find doctor. Doctor turned up at clinic at 9: 30am. It was the worst cystoscope I have ever had in 7 years attending Louth clinic. The pain and discomfort was that bad on the way home I thought I would have to go to Lincoln A&E. There is no criticism of the nursing staff at Louth hospital who are first class in every way who are trying to do there best under circumstances that they have no control over.
