The staff are excellent. But there is Lack of information as to what is happening to with the patient.
Their progress, Their daily well being, not a long drawn out chat as
I know how busy they are, just at general chat on how they have been, and is the medication helping, are they eating and drinking, what happens if they are not, did they have a good night?
I am not constantly on the phone, only once a week, I visited as well, it would help to know overhaul how he has been generally.
Other than that Pyrland 2, is a safe place for him to be, the staff are very friendly.
