Many thanks to the staff of accident and emergency from the paramedics, porters, reception and nurses and doctors.
Listened to what both my elderly and disabled mother and I were saying, she was treated gentleness and professionalism.
Overworked and underfunded and they all wore a smile.
Best wishes to all of the team.
