I am very disappointed to hear that you had to wait for your procedure especially when you arrived in good time. I agree the communication with your partner who was waiting could have been better and this I have addressed with the staff.

We strive to give the best possible care for the patient but on some rare occasions the operating lists can be delayed by issues that may happen in the operatng theatre that are beyond our control. It is important that we do keep our patients informed of what is happening and will improve are efforts to ensure this happens.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Yours sincerely

Hospital Director
