what a fantastic lady she was so welcoming and made you feel at ease straight away.it was the first time that I had met the member of staff but she made me feel so relaxed and comftable. Everything that she discussed with me was never rushed and explained in full.

She made me feel that I was a person rather than just another patient. My son who is a career for me also attended the appointment and he agreed what a loverly lady she is I recommend anybody to go and see her
