About: Crosshouse Hospital / Xrays & Scans

(as a service user),

I took my dad to cross house hospital recently for a brain scan. I am sure impressed by the positive and helpful Approach by everyone we met. Staff from all areas is n the corridor noticing us and showed where the go and the X-ray and scan staff so patient focused. Thank you 😊 thanks to all who made it easy for my dad and involved me to n the journey.

Dear Victoria trained patient,

I am delighted that you and your dad felt this way about your care. I know I say this quite often, but visiting a hospital and its alien environment, whatever the reason, can be quite distressing. It is reassuring to hear that everyone was so helpful. Thank you so much for taking time to share this with us. I have passed this to the team responsible and I am sure it will make their day.
