Absolutely fantastic service from everyone who helped my 6 year old daughter today with a suspected broken elbow. She was very scared about going but everyone was so kind and she ended up laughing & was so much happier when we left. The staff are professional, friendly, caring, kind and explained everything so well to us. We had a very short waiting time but of course that varies depending on demand. So impressed with Cromer’s Minor Injuries Unit, a massive thank you to everyone there today.
