We are very surprised to hear that our surgery has been reviewed in such poor light recently.

I have been seriously unwell over the last ten years. All my medical appointments have been very thorough and well thought out. Following referrals from my GP at the Health Centre, consultants have always confirm their diagnosis.

The health centre is well maintained and there is an air of friendliness from all personnel. I am very well satisfied with the service from the Health Centre and I cannot fathom why there is such a low rating.

Medication for my various health issues is well documented and their professionalism is second to none. The support staff are very helpful and efficient.

I will be obliged if you review your investigation and viewed the operation of this health unit from the view of the patients and not bureaucracy.

I am 83 years of age and my health is being constantly monitored by the health centre team.
