I took my daughter to see one of the GPs today as she has been suffering a cough for several weeks and I was amazed by how much he seemed to care about her wellbeing while examining her. He was incredibly friendly, didn't rush to get us out of the door and genuinely cared that she was properly examined.
She is under 2 and not the easiest to examine as it is all new to her, but the care and concern he showed was exemplary. He certainly made me feel that nothing had been missed and that her wellbeing was the priority.
When speaking, the GP included my daughter rather than just talking about her, which I believe made her feel more at ease and comfortable with what he needed to do. I was incredibly happy with the entire experience and will definitely be requesting him in future.
