"Excellent care, every time."

I have been a patient for over a year here. Every time I ring the surgery I am always greeted with a pleasant and very cheerful manner. Always offered an appointment to suit my needs and informed of plenty of other services that are available to me if the appointment isn't suited to my needs. I have been in the waiting room on occasion and overheard other patients being very rude and very insulting towards the reception staff which I feel is absolutely disgusting-these people are simply working to help us (the patients) how dare rude people make them feel unsafe and upset in there own working environment. Shame on them.

The Doctor's are all very caring, thorough and considerate, the help and care they provide is second to none.

This surgery offers a lot more than my previous practice therefore I count myself very lucky to be looked after by such a welcoming group of professionals.
