"Not what I expected"

About: Seven Dials Medical Centre

My mother recently passed away and the Surgery was not helpful at all.

I spoke to the receptionist about obtaining a Death Certificate for my mother's burial, and I was told that the doctor is busy, not, "I'm sorry to hear that, let me see what I can do to help". They had the warmth of an ice cube.

Secondly, when the doctor did issue the certificate (surgery rang three times to confirm arrangement), he did not ring me to confirm that it had been done. The Funeral Director did.

Finally, my mother did not receive a letter (for the execs) saying they were sorry for our loss, and that they were confirming the removal of her name from the patient list. I had to phone the surgery.

Simple things, but helpful for us grieving the loss of our mother.
