Called to cancel an antenatal appointment on behalf of my wife after miscarriage. First response from woman on reception was "what do you want us to do about that? Have you not phoned the hospital?"
Disgusting lack of empathy and basic manners. And not the first time I have been met by this kind of attitude here.
