Always impossible to get through on the phone, and when you do, you can never get an appointment. I have been trying to book an appointment to get some advice from my test results and now I am in limbo not knowing what to do. I have been going to this GP since birth and it has gradually just gone down hill.

Dear Patient Please accept my apologies for the difficulties you are having in getting through to the surgery and getting an appointment. We know that the surgery phone lines are always busy and we are trying to address the problem. If you ever need advice from a GP we can put a message to the doctor who will ring you back.
