Long waiting times for your appointments (c. 45 minutes) without explanation for the delay, including times when the GP just hasn't turned up for work in the morning.
Receptionist staff are generally very unhelpful, inflexible and bordering on rude (with a few exceptions). GPs are disinterested and not very personable (with a few exceptions).
Nurses have generally been okay and more impressive.
Very hard to book appointments - they seem to only have GP/nurse timetables for the upcoming week and then ask you call back each Friday/Monday.
All in all, the worst GP surgery I have ever registered with, thank goodness I have not needed any urgent or important care.
Will be switching as soon as there are better options in the local area or we can register with GPs elsewhere.
