"Lazy staff"

The staff don’t spend any time with the patient apart from what is absolutely necessary eg meal times washing dressing etc they spend most of their time sat behind the desk talking to each other when they could be using this time to interact with the patients. No information is given to families and when it is its usually the wrong information. There’s one carer who just doesn’t seem like she wants to be there and very short tempered with the patients.
