"Breast screening appointment"

Nobody at reception desk on arrival.

Patient sensitive paperwork strewn all over desk, within reach of visitors and easily read.

Patient file on counter. When I pointed this out to receptionist who eventually arrived with her mouth full of food and chewing, she responded "I didn't put it there".

When my name was called the screener was very unpleasant. She muttered her name under her breath.

During screening, I remarked how sticky and unpleasant the rails of the scanner were to hold. Instead of wiping them down for me I was told that the plastic was peeling off!

No word of goodbye on leaving and I unlocked the door myself to depart.

Not very impressive at all.
