"Obnoxious & Rude"

About: Bmi - The Esperance Hospital

Phone call with a manager who was totally obnoxious and rude who shouted 'what do you want us to do - provide patients with thermal underwear' when I explained to him that the CT room was like walking into a freezer. I was trying to say that patients who are ill and vulnerable, should be informed to wear warm clothing as they would not know about the freezing conditions.

Also, they lie about providing results to the consultant and this in turn leads to appointment dates being changed by consultant as results are delayed due to inefficient and unreliable CT department.

I found it to be unreliable, non-caring and non-dependable and unprofessional and would not want to go there again.

They need to change their attitude and behaviour towards patients.

Due to the public nature of this website and our duty in protecting your confidentiality I am unable to adequately address your concerns by responding directly on this site. I do however, want to reassure you and anyone else reading that your experience is extremely rare and certainly not what we wish for our patients.
