"Caring and efficient"

Each time I've come to Aylesham GP, I've seen really amazing nurses and nurse practioners. Sometimes I am seen earlier than my appointment if I arrive early, which I appreciate. Everyone is lovely on the phone. The receptionists are so respectful and efficient in getting the queue down but also catering for everyone's needs. I had to have blood drawn recently and the nurse I saw first checked in with me to see how I am with needles, which I really appreciated as I'm not very good with them but was a bit embarrassed to say so. She really calmed me down and it meant the world to me as now I'm not so nervous. I am always impressed with this GP, especially when I compare it to my experience at Wingham which can be hit or miss. I kind of even like that most people know each other in the waiting area :-)
