"Exceptional service received at Eye Clinic"

I visited Russells Hall eye clinic today after having an appalling experience at Bham Eye Hospital. You can imagine my anxiety but it was totally unfounded. Staff were not only polite but caring and considerate and made sure I was aware of what would happen when . It was a pleasure to be there. Staff were efficient and extremely well organised. I was given all the information necessary for my condition. It was explained to me thoroughly and although I have to wait 6 months to see if my condition heals itself I do not feel abandoned as I left armed with all the information I need as well as contact numbers should my condition worsen.

Absolute fabulous experience. Well done Russells Hall Eye clinic. There are a few places that could learn from you!

We understand that when you have a bad experience elsewhere those feelings of anxiety would follow prior to an appointment; but we are really happy to know you felt at ease under the care of our Ophthalmology team.

Our Staff constantly strives to give the very best care for our patients so we are thrilled you felt as though we achieved the high standard of care and service we aim for.
