-fortunate that i have generally good health and therefore have little contact with the surgery
-called the surgery today as i have a re-occurence of historic problem, so just wanted to check out my plan, didn't think that i needed to see a gp, so asked for a telephone consultation.
-phone was answered in less than a minute
-appt booked for today. with a gp.
-receptionist was professional and polite.
