Hard to keep loos cleN as is as clean as last person using. Then with certain cultures pouring water over genitalia to wash makes a mess on high toilets.

A major conern was on last visit witnessed patient verbally abusive to unit sister. This should not be allowed and the sister should receive support like any other organisation.
