"I experienced first class care and treatment"

I experienced first class care and treatment from NHS Borders Oral Surgery Medicine staff last week and  I would like to say a huge thank you to the team.   I was anxious about my treatment and by the time I had my initial consultation my confidence to engage was high.  

Unfortunately I had to delay my treatment appointment due to personal circumstances and I was reassured and allocated another appointment as soon as possible.   The friendly, supportive approach and professional treatment throughout helped me recover well.   Dr. Nayyer and Elaine are exemplary in terms of NHS Borders values into action.   NHS Borders gets my vote every time!
