What I liked

Without exception the staff were very caring, friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for patients. The genuine enthusiasm of some of the younger staff shone out. A good sense of humour helped too. Thankyou everyone.

What could be improved

Just some of the physical structure of the building, such as the doors into room 11 were heavy and noisy, very cumbersome. Also in high wind there must have been something lose under the windows as it consitently banged throughout the night keeping patients awake.
